PD_Meeting in Unknown Territory
During the first and second wave of pandemics together with students from different schools and of various ages we investigated how we deal with uncertainty and the great unknown. This project aimed to turn a fear-inducing subject into an object of research and ignite curiosity. By employing the methodology of artistic and design research and creation and methods of XVI-century cartographers we marked and imagined our experiences during this period as if we were visiting a new and unknown territory. The performative design team was situated in the theatre and students were at home. Bit by bit the imagined world turned into the installation of the unknown territory in Lithuanian state youth theatre.
